Relish Food and Wine Festival - 

The 9th annual Relish Food & Wine Festival will be returning to Portside Precinct and Queen’s Park in 2022. Maryborough's heritage streetscapes and riverside parks are the perfect setting for a feast of local cuisine serving up celebrity and local chefs, gourmet tastings, cooking demonstrations, live music, and more.

Drop-in on local regional wineries for a delightful tasting experience and sample the finest seasonal produce grown in the Fraser Coast and the surrounding idyllic natural environment.

Cooly Rocks On Festival

This event offers the best rock ‘n’ roll, swing, rockabilly and tribute artists from around Australia and internationally, set to turn back the clock on Coolangatta as they dish out the tunes of yesteryear!  Mallory’s Tocino Jerky started on the tropical island of Cebu, in the Philippines, from a traditional tocino recipe passed down through the family for generations.

Company owners Malcolm and Lory spent years perfecting this time-honoured recipe to create the best-tasting meat snack in the Southern Hemisphere.

In 2014, Lory and Malcolm made their handcrafted jerky available to the public when they founded Mallory’s Tocino Jerky in Queensland. Malcolm and Lory --- this is how Mallory got it’s name – a combination of Malcolms’ and Lorys’ names.
